Hotel was okay for a short trip. The hotel was dated and was definitely not a 5 star. Personally think 3 star at max. Food was okay but would definitely advise booking the specialty restaurants over the buffet if all inclusive.

I booked a 5 star hotel , more like a dated 3 star hotel , lots of groups young boys on stag party, making a lot of noise not what you would expect at a 5 star hotel, room was spacious but very dated , room got cleaned twice in a week.

Pool was open but not heated, if you wanted a heated pool is was extra for every guest. First room had black mold and a broken countertop, second room was good. Staff wwre great; especially Fernando, Phillipe, Ampreet, Amir and Harpreet. Food was awful, paid for allinclusive and ate outside the hotel on multiple occasions. The only reason for 2 stars is how great the staff was.

Rooms where very spacious and clean. Facilities all worked well. Everything went smoothly.

We had a 12 night stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. We were on Self catering. The apartment is well equipped everything we need. The apartment was very very spacious and the towels were changed every other day. The staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much bother. There are plenty of loungers round the pool area but it doesn’t take long for them to be taken. We would holiday here again.

Hotel very dated decor needing refreshed in rooms, bath and shower dirty no pressure in shower stayed 4 nights and room only cleaned once. Not 5 star as rated.

Location brilliant. Room 207 had no view and had a lot of construction noises throughout the day. However if we had a nice view of the sea or pool it would have been fine. We were in Albufeira with a large group of people for a birthday so didn't make much odds however it would have been disappointing if we were there for a relaxing break. Otherwise everything was excellent..

No way this is a five star hotel, other than the lobby. I would say three and a half at best. There was mouldings missing in doorways all the plumbing was falling apart the shower was a dribble. The tv had the capacity for Netflix but not offered. The furniture was very old and run down. On the positive the staff was helpful and the area offered a lot

The Al inclusive package was a disgrace food disgusting and cold ever day. Drinks at the bar were a disgrace no rose wine, no malibu, no sangria no drinks at all before 12pm We arrived at hotel at 13.00pm and did not get checked in until 4pm and hotel would not give us our al inclusive band until 4pm No entertainment at the pool during the day no music nothing and the entertainment at night should have just went home

A very beautiful reception place should have the same quality apartments...

Nothing in this property was unique. I don't know why it was categorized 5 stars hotel !

I like so much the hotel. It is very well localizated, big rooms, nice pool and great prices.

Basic but good apartments with everything you need to self cater. You can use the gym, tennis court, sauna and pool of the building next door. The building has no modern soundproofing so if you have a 'party' group arrive it can be very problematic. However, this happened to us and when we had a shocking night the staff, who were extremely nice and reasonable, moved us the next day to the other hotel next door and we had no problems, and an excellent week.

We arrived late at night and checked into a ground floor room.On arrival we realised the room had not been cleaned properly. The floor was still covered in sand ,the shower screen was still filthy, there was the previous guests empty bottles in the shower still and there was no clean towels.As it was late when we arrived we tried to go to sleep before going to reception with our complaints but this was not to be as we noticed our room was really close to the bar area and could hear the group of people in there singing and shouting even after 3am.And as our room was also located right next to the main reception doors all you could hear is people coming in and out all night or people standing outside the room smoking. After our first night we went to reception with our complaints after also finding a toe nail on floor they said would try and upgrade us to a better room which later I had an email to this effect but when we went back to reception we were told there there was only another room on the ground floor to move us to which we felt we had to accept as we thought it may be less noisy.This room was almost as bad, the bathroom smelt of sewage, there was damp on the wall, the furniture was worn and we even found a bottle top and old label on the floor.The room was just as noisy as located near to reception so could hear people coming in and out all night.Would no way class this as 5 star 3 at best! And id still expect a 3 star to be cleaned properly!! Would not stay again.

Stayed with Family of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and the local nearby amenities. Walkable distance from the Beaches.

This is NOT a 5* hotel. To start the young ladies at reception were rude snooty and did not make the customer feel valued. They showed continued levels of incompetence bolstered by an unmissable chip on their shoulder. The exception to this is for the senior receptionist who always stepped in to resolve the situation, she is far too professional for this hotel. Upon arrival the a.c. to the room was not working maintenance was requested but was Informed they were not available I was given a desk top fan, finally got the a.c. days later. The rooms weres not cleaned daily even after numerous requests to both reception and cleaning staff and especially after tipping to encourage a better service. We had to request to have the bed sheets cleaned changed we stayed 12 nights the bed linen was not changed once. They came and made the beds and left without sweeping or mopping the floor. We were given insufficient towels and told they did not have enough clean towels to go around. The pool and pool side area cleanliness is obviously not on top of their agenda. The area was being sorted each morning while customers were selecting the sun bed. I identified pooh at the edge of the pool and requested the cleaner to clean only to be told this is not my job I don't speak English. It took the hotel 45min to clean with kids still playing in the pool. I could go on but running our of space. This hotel is not European standards 5*. And pathetic to say the least.
