When I arrived everything was ok ,checked in to my room , and it wasn’t the room I paid for the staff put me in a room intentionally messing up thinking I wouldn’t notice , I called reception then got placed in the right room without an apology

Great place on the way

The hotel is very old and outdated. The bed is the smallest I have ever slept in the entire life. There was a roof leak in the bathroom. No kettle in the room to make tea and the weather was so cold. I went to ask for water to make tea, I was charge €4 for hot water only. The dinner was so o expensive and tasteless. I paid €261 for a night. What a waste.

Location good, near the city and expo but the hotel really needs to be renovated completely. Big hotel and with big property on the grounds. A hotel brand needs to take over.

Check in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. We arrived on a Saturday early evening and left Monday morning. The pool and gym were both closed by the time we arrived and all day on Sunday. That was very disappointing. Also, I’ve learned Italian showers are small but this one wins the prize for smallest! Otherwise, good stay.

We didn’t like the location.

Clean and large rooms with comfortable bed, free parking and located in a very quiet area (no noise of traffic).

Super old rooms, smell of smoke, don't be fooled by the exterior which is renovated. Breakfast is good though and you can ask for hot meals.

Location is handy for the fiera show in Vicenza. The price is very expensive.

Very pleasant hotel with friendly helpful staff and a good breakfast offering. I do think it should be made clearer in their listing that the gym and pool is not actually part of the hotel and costs an additional €8 a day to use. It is on the listing but they couldnt hide it more if they tried!

This property did not meet my expectations at all. I chose this location because we wanted to take a swim after being out all day. We ended up arriving and the hotel pool was had closed for the day. Because the pool was closed, the staff upgraded our room to executive. The bed was hard and the pillows were thin as paper. I woke up the next morning in so much pain due to being uncomfortable all night. The mini bar had two waters in the refrigerator and no other amentities in the room. I will not stay in this hotel again. The breakfast was good and I recommend it.

Good hotel

We traveled from Como and needed a room near Bassano del Grappa, or along the way, because we had to leave Como in the evening, it's about 2.5 hours to drive. We decided Vincenza would be close enough. We booked prior via internet and chose Hotel Castelli because they had breakfast, internet and parking. The room was clean. Breakfast was great, they had scrambled eggs and ham for hot food. There was also yogurt, cereal, croissants (apple filled!) and other sweet treats. You could get many different types of coffee from a machine and also espresso from a big machine. Location was easy to find.
