There was hair on the bed sheets and on the shower. You can hear the people on the room next to you as if they were on your room. The maintenance person came to fix something and left all the cut cable pieces on the floor.

Really cool decor, big room, I’ll reserve again when I return to Guadalajara

The place is weird, filled with sculptures and art, that's not the bad thing, there is a foul smell in the rooms, curtains were broken, so light would come through the window from a 24hr paddle club on the other side of the street, so that was very annoying. i would definitely not be staying at this place again

Interesting decorations, spacious rooms, large beds. The place is really nice.

This hotel has a lot of large, beautiful, art pieces. Our suite was beautifully spacious, the showers were nice, but overall, in bad condition. One of the bathrooms smelled like sewage and the smell would spew into the hallway. The kitchen stove & oven were not usable, also smelled horrible. The microwave worked but sounded like a freight train. The fridge/freezer was useful. Our floor was not accessible by elevator. We had a few flights of stairs without handrails. They offered laundry service, but the clothes came back stiff and didn’t smell clean. They also failed to send out a load and offered to have it ready the day after our departure. I think this hotel would highly benefit from spending on some renovations vs so much cluttered art pieces.

Breakfast was great

The hotel has a lot of character, a little bit out dated but still functional which reflex’s in the price also a bargain.

Front office staff was quite professional,. They have good storage for your belongings should you have to wait for your room due to an early morning check-in. Good, safe area.

Overall it was okay. The heat/AC was not working but the staff were very considerate and tried to help. Cleanliness and lighting could be better, there was a weird smell lingering in the apartment through out the stay.

The Hotel was great. Very clean and the employees were hard working people.

Have stayed here several times amd each time is a pleasure. Their breakfast is fabulous and prices are affordable. I enjoy looking at all the art and statues located throughout the property. Everyone is very welcoming.
