All ok, but nothing special. For the price I expected more. When you go for a winter ski trip and choose a room with ski view I would expect the snow to be cleared from balcony. Walls were thin. Got many emails and a sketchy WhatsApp before check in

While the staff (reception, bar/restaurant, housekeeping and shuttle driver) were exceptional, the hotel itself is just OK. Shower was lukewarm at best, hot tub wasn't great. Bed and linens were very comfortable.

Need renovations.

No ability to change temperature or open window and no window to outside, only overlooking indoor pool area. Otherwise everything amazing, awesome hot tubs, shuttle to the mountain, beautiful room and hotel, courteous and helpful staff.

The room was not ready at check in time. they gave us two free drinks to compensate, but we were still late for skiing.

The staff were very friendly when I asked them questions however I will add that I had no idea where I was going or where anything was in the hotel and it was our first time there and we had to ask questions on more than a couple occasions where things were. I wish there was some sort of cafe etc in the am too in the lobby. That would a nice touch

Hot tubs were foamy and low water

Restaurant and bar staff are very good. Lack of clarity on information regarding the shuttle. And also key items missing in the room like aheets for the sofa bed and the robes.

The hotel has really nice amenities including hot tubs, pool and a nice breakfast buffet and bar. I'd recommend staying here!

Terrible breakfast and extremely overpriced for it!

I have to say after 30 years of coming year every year ( couple of time a year) I see the quality is going down. The stairs needs cleaning, the gym needs cleaning and sone rules for the customers who use the equipment more than an hour. Too many dogs in the hotel, at time I felt like I was in a park, so much barking. The staff is great.

Freezing room. Spa not at all what you expect. Pool and fireplace really not inviting.

Nice hotel for families but feels dated, especially the gym which is tiny. $12.50 for a non alcoholic beer was a bit much

Great staff, nice hotel, close to ski area. We enjoyed our stay here and will be back.
