The parking feels safe. Breakfast is good, but not excellent. Wi-Fi access should be simpler, requiring only a username and password. They ask for too much personal information, such as your address and phone number, which should not be necessary just to connect to the internet.

Very good, the room are clear

City Express blamed hotels.com for sending reservation day before check in. My family had to stay in a different hotel. This was for my wedding and ruined the experience.

The property is conveniently located for business. However, the service is awful and the property pretty rundown.

They give 1 small bottle of water , 3 pillows . There are 2 of us in the room. These are small things that matter and don’t cost much. Room was small . No restaurant, room service was very mediocre

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Vivimos en el sur de la ciudad y quedar en Tepozotlan nos ayudamos evitar el trafico de la mañana. Tuvimos un problema con el agua. No habia nada de agua caliente para bañarse.

Blankets and sheets need updates. The breakfast was not that great. The price was good and the service was friendly and the hotel was clean
