Hotel rooms were clean and spacious, housekeeping was excellent. However the pool was not clean and had a lot of chlorine. There is no sauna but they have a steam room.

This property was fantastic! The amenities were great! The room came with a microwave, tub, magnifying mirror and plenty of space. The beds are slightly soft for my liking, as are the pillows, but still comfy. The security measures in place made me feel extremely safe with my family and the staff were kind and knowledgeable.

Excellent staff. Great location, near the metro and shopping. The pool and hot tub were a cherry on top. Would stay here again.

One thing very important when gust gone and new gust in immediately change clean bed sheets with ironing, staff traning very necessary.

It was okay. The room was a bit run down and the bathroom needed to be updated. The room had a horrible smell. Service at the front desk was nice.

Everything was great at the Hilton. Staff were helpful and friendly. Amenities were excellent, we especially enjoyed the pool and gym area.

Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel and customer service were decent. Great location for the jazz festival. Cons: Poor lighting in the rooms made getting ready/applying makeup a challenge. The parking garage requires a skilled and confident driver with the steep inclines and tight spaces. The parking fee is advertised as $36.50, but there is an approximate $6 tax daily. The restaurant is not open between 11am and 5pm on weekdays (Monday).

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay there. It was so convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comforting and enjoyable experience.
