The rooms we stayed in were immaculately clean and well stocked with Coffee, Tea, Water and toiletries etc. the breakfast was in part good although, both the has browns and bacon were past eating, both being very dried out and hard, there wasn't a choice of milk and the tinned pears and peaches not a healthy addition to the yoghurt, also we ordered a poached egg and after 25 minutes gave up waiting for it, the rest of the breakfast was adequate, staff in the breakfast room were friendly and warm. We ate a meal in the dining room on one evening and chose the belly pork, this was very nice but we expected more than one very small potato, 2 small slices of carrot and a small piece of broccoli, sadly lacking in veg, the jus to accompany it was lovely, we also had the rhubarb pannecotta and the coconut rice pudding, both were very nice. we didnt find the staff to be friendly in the dining room as neither smiled once, or made any effort to make us feel welcome. The other staff including the domestic side,reception etc were all friendly and welcoming. overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel and staff. While it looks a little tired on the outside, the interiors are beautiful. Lovely bar with excellent service and staff. Great to have parking included which was a huge plus.

Room 30 was poor, shower antiquated, room small. Furniture dated and some pieces broken. Breakfast ok, staff lovely. Swimming pool first class. Dinner disappointing, my husband ordered lamb curry, I ordered chicken curry. He had lamb shank with a curry sauce. I had a dried out piece of chicken breast with same sauce. Location is good, 10 mins walk to shops. 15 mins to liberation statue

My sister and I had a two day visit to Jersey. The location of The Savoy was perfect for our stay. On arrival we received a warm welcome. Our room was clean and well appointed. Toiletries in the bathroom were a good quality.The bar offered a good choice of beverages, staff were attentive. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of choice. Fruit, cereal, continental and full cooked English. Would definitely stay again

I thought the hotel was perfectly adequate. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower did it's job. The room overall seemed a little tired, brown furniture and old decor. The restaurant was absolutely fine for dinner, but the breakfast really could do with a bit more quality items like fresh fruit, good bread, a better selection of cheese and cold meats etc. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and well equipped, staff were lovely, very helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Shame the pool wasn't heated, it would have made such a difference to have been able to use it but it was icy cold. Nice pool area with comfortable seating though

Our second time at the Savoy. Very clean. Great staff. Pool available at the back of the hotel. Good selection for breakfast. Easy parking. 10 minutes to walk into town through the park - 15 if you go slowly.

The only slight negative for us was the breakfast, there was no fresh fruit, only tinned or dried. Only one coffee machine was working. However the staff were excellent throughout the hotel and it was very clean. We enjoyed the location as it was only a 10/15 minute walk into the centre.

All staff so friendly, efficient and always ready to help. Great breakfast with a good choice of quality food. All areas were clean and well maintained. We loved the pool area and the restaurant is fabulous. Would highly recommend The Savoy Hotel.

Breakfast good selection. Pool area was a bonus and lovely to sit out there in the sun. Restaurant served excellent food.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I feel the Hotel was a little dated in places. Be aware if you stay in Room 90, there is a lift to the first floor, but to get to your room you have to walk down a flight of stairs. Breakfast was nice, self service Nice that towels are changed daily. The Hotel is at least a 20 minute walk into the town centre. The Fire Station is right opposite the Hotel. Very good bus service from the bus station. Did a day city tour with Bay tours. 6 hour tour cost 40.00
