Excellent accommodations. Thank You

This hotel advertises itself as “Casa Andina PREMIUM,” but there is nothing premium about it. Despite booking two rooms with VIP access through Expedia, we were given outdated, moldy rooms with stained carpets, ripped curtains, and non-functioning A/C. The bathrooms had mold stains and were poorly maintained. I tried to cancel our stay on the first night, but the hotel refused, so we were stuck for 9 nights. After repeated complaints, we were “upgraded” to remodeled rooms — which should have been provided from the start — but even those were hot, humid, and uncomfortable. Worst of all, my mom found mouse droppings in her room. Pros: Breakfast was great with a good variety, especially on weekends. The location is excellent, the indoor pool is a nice perk, the beds were comfortable, and the staff is generally kind and helpful.

Excellent customer service, great location

We had a large medical team of 56 people returning to the US after a hard week of serving in the jungle. This was a great way to enjoy Lima with a wonderful setting. The food, service and super people can never be better than at the Casa Andina Premium.

Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. Carpeting in the room appeared to be very dated needs to be refreshed.

The Hotel has a unique charm to it. While a bit older, that lends to its charm and it is immaculately maintained. The staff is superb and always helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and the pool and spa area are convenient for relaxing after seeing the sites and all that Lima offers. I found the Hotel and breakfast to be an excellent value and an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend the Hotel and I look forward to visiting again.

Great location. Pool was perfect for my little one and adults. My husband loved the gym he said best one yet out of all all hotels we stayed at. Breakfast has a variety of options.

Excellent location, safe and clean, the customer service is the best. The breakfast included and the restaurant is number one in quality. Peruvian and international food very very good. 100 percent recommended.
