The room is very big. During winter season, there is only heater air conditioning, if you like a colder room, you can only turn off the air conditioning and open the window. The cabinet door that stores the refrigerator is faulty. I called the housekeeping, they just asked me to slam it shut. Every time we open the cabinet door, we have to try a lot of times to shut it. If you do not close the door, the lighting in the cabinet will light up which will affect the room lighting when sleeping. The pillows are quite flat and thin. Even stacking two pillows will also sink down. Can feel that the room facilities are quite old and dated. Need upgrading.

The AC is not cold and leaks. Hilton can leak from the roof, that's great. The sink is jammed. Really annoying. Changing hotels is not possible.

The Lifestyle Suite is great and comfortable for nights of recovery after daily touring the city. Few pointers: 1. The aircon is too warm. I understand it's centralized aircon at 23 degrees, the suite room is slightly bigger, and that temperature is too warm, especially during summer. 2. I had to request a cooling fan in the room, but the noise is a disturbance to have a good sleep. 3. The pillows are rather soft. 4. The location is excellent, and the service was great. 5. Good variety of breakfast.
