Not solve check in service / customer service didn’t meet expectations. System was down and couldn’t solve my issue on checking in

Convenient to Pearland Towne Center and had a nice bar in hotel!

The bathroom was a little dated & the carpet had a slight odor. I barely stayed at the hotel only to sleep, shower & utilize the gym - so wasn’t really bothered by it. Overall, the location & the amenities offered was a plus. It was right within the Pearland Towne plaza so access to several stores & eatery. Was able to walk down to the lobby & grab my Starbucks coffee daily, so that was a plus. I’ll definitely recommend & possibly stay again in the near future, as I visit that area often.

Water pressure was low in the bathroom sink and the shower and no hot water just luke warm

My room was clean, quiet and comfortable - enjoyed my stay!

The trip was long, we came for a graduation and stayed at this Hotel. I purchaced breakfast online but when i got there i was told it really was no breakfast, I could get a free fruit cup and coffe from Bistro. I had to provide room key and ID to get fresh towels. No smoking area, so poloce were called while standing outside by rental car smoking.
