Fabulous! If I could give them ten stars I would. Our room was beautiful and immaculate; so comfortable I wanted to move in and live there. Breakfast was amazing; a feast for the eyes as well as the palatte. What really stood out was the staff. Every person from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, kind, and helpful in every way. I want to say we were treated like royalty, but it's more accurate to say we were treated like family. If I ever make it to Florence again I will definitely stay at this lovely hotel. Oh, I forgot to mention the hotel is just a few steps from the Pitti Palace and the Uffizi, as well as numerous other attractions.

The location of this hotel is excellent for easy access to museums and landmarks. The staff is excellent and very helpful with logistics. I very highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Florence.

We stayed in the suite on the ground floor for 3 nights and were extremely pleased with our stay. The suite was very comfortable and spacious- impeccably clean and thoughtfully furnished for comfort. The staff is amazing- every single one was so warm and welcoming. Extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were having a good time. On one occasion we left a cell phone in a taxi and the front desk tracked it down and we got it back. They picked laundry up for us too- basically there was no task too big for the staff- big big thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Ponte Vecchio Hotel & Spa. Our suite was spacious and beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better ,just steps from the iconic bridge. Daily walks to the sights were an absolute pleasure. Continental breakfast was great too💗

Everything was fantastic between the welcoming staff, clean room and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend staying here as it is walking distance from Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio.

The hotel was great! The location is amazing - everything is pretty much walking distance. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. The staff were all lovely, kind and generous. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Very good for a 4 star hotel. Staff was amazing and our suite was perfect. Very quiet, clean and modern. Close to Ponte Vecchio so location is great.
