Great stay! Was only there a single night

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Service levels are excellent. Warm friendly welcome on arrival. Food in the restaurant is next level! Will 100% be coming back again.

We booked this hotel for a family celebration! The staff went above and beyond, decorating the table, accommodating complex dietary needs, making sure everything was perfect in our rooms. Rooms were clean and well furnished, modern bathroom. Would love to return and experience the gardens in the summer

We stayed here 4 years ago and still love it. The reception staff were great, we asked for a room with a bath and were accommodated. The room was large & well equipped, bed was huge and comfortable. The towels have improved greatly since our last visit, large & soft. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and although the menu is small the food was hot and tasty. Maisey was a great host. One of the greatest assets of this hotel is its location right next to Sheringham Park, access is easy and we spent a lovely hour walking one of the paths. The grounds in general are lovely. Breakfast has improved since our last visit too. Great continental buffet, the fruit salad was one of the best I’ve had. The cooked breakfast was hot & delicious. Again service by Maisey was great. We will gladly return!

Good food choices and good service by lovely staff.

The room was exceptionally spacious and full of character. Many hotels are a bit soulless but this is far from the case here. The staff were professional, friendly and always with a smile. I've seen a few reviews have commented on 'hidden charges' - breakfast isn't included but this is clear from the very start and there's no pressure to eat here in the morning. If you do, however, the food is excellent (we had dinner) and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our overnight stay was an anniversary gift from our 3 sons, along with dinner on the Steam Train from Sheringham to Holt. Disabled access and nearby car parking were very useful and breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful and the location was peaceful with beautiful grounds.
