I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very cooperative and welcoming throughout my visit. A special thanks to Ms. Isabella and Mr. Gerges, whose hospitality truly stood out. They not only helped me with a booking change but also kindly supported me by sanitizing my baby’s bottles daily — something that made a big difference for my family. My stay was, without a doubt, one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I have ever had, thanks to the incredible team who work tirelessly to make every moment perfect. ​The tone for this exceptional service is clearly set from the top. I had the distinct pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Ms. Isabella, who was a constant, gracious presence throughout the hotel. She didn’t just oversee operations from an office; she was actively engaging with guests, ensuring everyone was comfortable and happy. Her personal touch and genuine care for her guests' experience is something rarely seen, and it truly elevates the entire atmosphere of the hotel. ​Every meal was a delight, not just because the food was delicious and varied, but because of the wonderful food and beverage team. At breakfast each morning in The Links Restaurant, I was greeted by the infectious smile of Shenoda, Abanob, Yassa, who remembered my coffee order after the first day. In the evenings, the team at the Bar created such a relaxing and friendly environment to unwind. Every single member of the restaurant staff, from the chefs to the servers, was professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about their work. ​But the gold star for service has to go to the pool man, Khairy. He is an absolute gem! The pool area was always immaculate, with fresh towels perfectly presented. Khairy went above and beyond his duties, always ensuring guests were comfortable, adjusting umbrellas for shade without being asked, and offering a kind word. His cheerful demeanor and incredible work ethic were the highlights of my lazy afternoons by the sparkling, heated pool. ​The Stella di Mare Golf Hotel is a beautiful property, but it is the people who make it a truly five-star destination. It is the collective effort of Ms. Isabella, Ahmed, Mahmoud, and the entire staff that creates an unparalleled experience of luxury and genuine hospitality.
