Great location across from Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel. Very convenient. Got a family room with a bunk bed and terrace that was spacious and comfortable. Main complaints were strong scented cleaning products outside our room, could not get room temperature below 22C and no ice (except for a few tiny cubes by the entrance).

Great location, You are in the center of everything in Madrid. Clean rooms, Good security. I will stay there from now on.

The location ànd interesting room

The AC was great. Staff was nice and knew English well. Very clean and didn’t even feel the need to use the safe. Definitely get the breakfast included because the buffet is worth the price!

The hotel was very convenient for us as we met for several tours within a 5 minute walking distance from the property. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage since we arrived before check-in time.

Very close to all the major areas of Madrid. 5 minute wal to Sol station. Food market is literally 30 seconds away. Lots of great restaurants around, mini market is next door for water and drinks, Plaza Mayor is also 1 minute walk. Everything is very convenient and easy accessible. Property is very clean and staff is friendly.

Clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast

This hotel was a nice stay! It’s very close to plaza mayor! Across also from mercado San Miguel! We could walk everywhere from here! So location was great, staff was very helpful! They even helped us book a flamenco show and it was very affordable and great ! So that was convenient! I absolutely recommend this hotel if you are in a budget!
