Amazing staff, room was perfect!

Comfortable but in need of some updates. The screen door didn't open properly, the microwave and fridge are very outdated, and there is no sound proofing - be prepared to hear everything above you.

Room and hotel was lovely. Very comfortable and clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. Parked right outside our room.

The room iwas nice, but the fridge was broken and I had bought a full cooler of groceries. When I asked for a working fridge , they acted surprised that it was broken. The night manager said he couldn’t help me because he was the “only one working” meanwhile, there was second employee sitting right next to him at the front desk as he said this— very confusing. He said that there was a “fridge” over by the snack shop that I could put my items in. So I moved my $100+ worth perishables into this “fridge.” In the morning, I realized this was not a fridge but was a freezer!! Most of the fresh produce (lettuce etc) I purchased for this trip had to be thrown away! The next evening, I returned to the desk, asking for a working fridge and was told the night manager would have to take care of it. Well, of course he works by himself so… also the second night the communal freezer was packed with things from multiple rooms. So obviously broken fridges is a theme here. I was also disappointed (after returning from the beach) to find out that the one guest washing machine for the entire hotel has clearly been out of service for months. If I had known that we would not have access to the amenities of Fridge and laundry I would have booked elsewhere.

We were travelling with a u haul truck so our concern was parking- lots of parking and easy to manoeuvre the truck. Staff gave us good recommendations for supper. Breakfast was quite a spread. Rooms were comfortable The only poor score was as the loud clattering air conditioner right next to the bed.

This is our second stay and we will happily return for another!

I have stayed at many Best Western Plus, and this was the worst experience I've had. The night staff at reception was not quite rude, but was not helpful. He seemed to not enjoy/care about the job. The parking was awful. If you come after 9pm, it is very hard to find a spot, unless you're lucky enough to have a room on the first floor, where parking is reserved in front of your room. The first night I went around the parking a few times before asking a staff who told me to park in the electric charging spot. The room that we booked was nice and big. However, we could hear every time someone in the room upstairs was walking, which made it hard to sleep well. Our room was not super clean. There were stains on the bed cover, and quite a bit of dust. The bathroom was out of shower gel and conditioner. When we asked the cleaning lady next to our room the next day, she told us to go down the hall to ask the other cleaning lady as she was not assigned to our room. When we asked the other cleaning lady, she had to go get some on the cart of the first staff as she was out. She also told us she was not assigned our room, and asked if we had asked the other cleaning lady first. I found our whole stay was filled with little nonsensical things like this, which made the stay less enjoyable. The best part of the stay was the breakfast staff, who were very friendly and helpful. Next time we will probably try another hotel in Edmundston.

Nice and clean

Our room was excellent Great bed room very clean enjoyed our time there and slept well ready to travel the next day. Highly recommend this hotel Thank you!

Very nice property. Good parking.

This was a lovely hotel, very well maintained, with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was also close to town, so very convenient. My only issue with this location is with the pool, and only from a safety point of view. It is a lovely facility, well maintained and clean; there is also a great water slide, which is a lot of fun for everyone. But the pool is very small and there are no restriction as to numbers of users, so people coming down the slide can exit pretty close to swimmers at the bottom. Just something to be aware of if going with young children.

The pool was a life saver for the restless kids.

Staff friendly and pet friendly

La chambre était confortable et les lieux très propres. Le seul bémol, l'endroit pour le déjeuner n'était pas adapté pour recevoir un tel volume de clients. Cependant, le personnel pour gérer le déjeuner faisait un service impeccable.

Decent hotel but not worth the price during peak season.
