Great service from check in to check out. Wonderful location with an easy 2minute walk to tourist sites. Not planning on coming back to Prague, but if I did I would definitely stay here.

We are so happy we chose this fabulous hotel. A short walk from the square, great restaurants also recommended from our concierge nearby. Excellent breakfast and afternoon tea.

Overall, a very good experience. The hotel was pretty clean and well-maintained. The staff could’ve been more friendly. Communication in English was a bit of a challenge.

Awesome place! Right in the middle of everything.

The hotel is convenient located in the old town. All staff are very professional and helpful especially concierge Bilal. Bilal gave us lots of recommendation on local restaurants and sightseeing spots. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we visit Prague again.

Grand style hotel with modern rooms and very friendly staff. Great Breakfast.

Beautiful and elegant. Only criticism was room heat which was at 26 degrees. Raised at reception but nothing done so in middle of December had to leave window open.

The Grand Mark is a dream! Our accommodations were beyond our expectations, and the staff was absolutely lovely. We can't wait to return!
