Hotel staff was friendly, room very clean and bed comfortable.

We really liked our 2 bedroom suite. It was spacious, comfortable and we would go back. Just a little outdated but still overall very nice place.

This hotel was Amazing came from Dallas Texas to Colorado couldn’t ask for anything better ! Only thing is the stove didn’t work

We had to switch rooms right when we got there because there was a broken light in the bathroom. I reserved a king side bed and when when they gave us a new room they wanted to give us two queens instead. The room was dirty and there was stains all over the sheets and pillow. The shower wasnt cleaned properly and there was poop stains on the outside of the toilet and on the inside. I had to pick up trash in the room when I got there. The bedframe was really dusty and so was the side table near the couch.The staff was unapologetic about this and rude when I talked to them. They didnt offer any help and just said "okay". None of the ice machines worked and the light wouldnt work in the fridge. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all. Its not worth the price when there is another Hilton right next door.

Good choices at breakfast buffet. Everything in our room worked! Except the iron, which was promptly replaced. We like Homewood Suites layout and value.

We chose this hotel because it had a pool and a kitchen. My daughter had a soccer tournament in the area. There were places nearby that we could eat at which was nice. We brought a bunch of food to take with her to her tournament the next morning, and after loading the fridge we swam and went to bed. In the morning, we went to take everything out of the fridge and everything was warm. The fridge wasn't cold at all. It was plugged in because the freezer worked. I ended up having to throw away everthing we brought. I didn't want to risk everyone getting food poisoning. We told the front desk and was told that management would call me, but no one ever called. It was a lot of wasted money.

Staff was friendly and the room was big, clean and comfortable. However the heater was very noisy in our room. We warmed up the room, then put the thermostat to OFF, but the noisy heater would still rattle several times thru the night.

Very nice property. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was great and well stocked.

The property was nice and quiet, great breakfast options. However, we did experience an issue with a bad refrigerator and all of our food spoiled. I brought it up to the front desk 3 times during the week and nothing was done.

Very loud kids in nearby rooms laye at night. Very annoying.

Frontdesk is always personable, it is a perfect place to meet our grandchildren.

Rooms are very clean been there more than once. I love this hotel. Their breakfast can approve but other than that it’s the best place to stay. They gave me a different room because the lock for the door needed to be changed out and I asked for an upper floor and they granted it.
