We were unable to get hot water most days from 8 am to 10am. I think they have one hot water system. Also the room was xold and the water heat was not turned on for the room.

Property is modern, room is spa ious and chic. Reception staff friendly. There is a touch of class.

Location is good

I booked a room according to the website, but I got a narrow room with skylights and a sloping ceiling.

Very clean ,Remodeled modern architecture in Room ,around lot of restr.market ,5 stop bus to Wien Mitte . Personel is extremely helpful,nice ,Good open bufett breakfast,fast 2 elevator ,my fav hotel in Vienna 3 problem 1— internet service / Poor ..2— You cant lock your door from inside while sleeping 3— Some elctrical outlet in The Room .( You cant turn off lights fron bed ) ..

What I don’t like —problematic İnternet , You cant Lock The Room feom inside and wrong placed electrical outlets ( at The bed You cant turn off lights ) ..

I am old customer for 6—7 years to this lovely hotel ,very Good service lobby to cleaning ,fast elevators ,Good breakfast ,walkable around cafes,restaurants,if You take bus 74 A 5 stop 2 km to Vienne Mitte ( You need The get bus ticket I usually take 72 h ticket for € 17 and get all metro ,bus unlimşted in 72 h , ) .,CAT ,metro , 3 problems 1— Wi-Fi not Good …2— You cant lock The Room from inside .3— From The bed You cant turn off Room Electric …My fav hotel again ….Thanks

Comfortable and clean hotel. We loved the breakfast buffet.

Price / performance very Good .Around cafes and restaurants ,150 M mall .İf You walk 1 km or take The bus 4 stop Wiene Mitte ( AirPort Train ,restaurants ,Metro ) . I recomend .Nice breakfast ,2 fast elevators ,24h Receptionist ..2 setbacks little noisy and Wi-Fi service is Slow .

Dropped cloths off for laundry upon arrival and specifically asked if they would be processed by the following day and was told of course. Following day was told laundry did not go out with no reason why.

Located in a an area that makes it easy to travel around and site see. The room was very nice, comfortable, and spacious.
