Exceptional stay. Did not want to leave. Luxury on another level. Not cheap but one of the main highlights of our holidays. The cascading waterfalls massage was the cherry on the cake.

It was the setting for one of the most meaningful moments of our lives, and the team made it feel effortless. Julian at the front, Greta, and Alexander were true standouts. Their warmth, care, professionalism, and attention to detail helped everything run flawlessly and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. If you are looking to disconnect, slow down, feel romantic, and experience a quieter, more beautiful side of Ibiza, this is it. The property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed so thoughtfully that even when it feels full, it never feels crowded. There is a sense of peace here that is hard to find. We spent most of our time by the pool. It was refreshing, peaceful, and surrounded by views that honestly feel unreal. The sunrise was beautiful, but the sunset was unforgettable. In my opinion, this is the best place on the island to watch the sun drop into the sea. Every evening felt like a postcard. The rooms are not huge, but they are charming, comfortable, and full of character. You are here for the view, the feeling, and the experience. And the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to completely unwind. Hacienda Na Xamena is more than a hotel. It is clean, romantic, peaceful, and unforgettable. We left with memories we will carry forever and would return without hesitation.

After a disappointing experience elsewhere, returning to Hacienda Na Xamena completely changed the course of our trip. Whether relaxing by the pools, enjoying the grounds, or simply taking in the scenery, every corner of the hotel feels special. What impressed us most was the consistency. We ended up booking a second room in a different area of the property, and while it had its own unique character, the level of service, comfort, and attention to detail remained exactly the same. The food and beverage experience was equally consistent throughout our stay, with every meal delivering the same high standard of quality and service. Hacienda Na Xamena didn’t just provide a beautiful place to stay—it genuinely saved our vacation. Beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. Easy to get taxis everywhere or just stay and enjoy the facilities. Food and drink can be pricey but we visited places around the island so this was a great place to come back to and enjoy the daytime sun!

One of the most beautiful quiet resorts we have stayed at, the food was amazing, spa services were also great. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in Ibiza but not on the party side.

I stayed in the hotel last week and the hotel is beautiful with a stunning pool. The views are beautiful from the room. My experience with the room wasn’t great however with the jacuzzi and tv not working. I was offered an option of a free upgrade. I was transferred to the new room which was much smaller with better views. The food at the hotel is not great especially during the day. The evening food we had for a special occasion was terrible. Probably the worst I’ve ever had at a 5 star hotel.

If your looking to slow down, switch off and do nothing but take on the incredible view then this is the place for you. Breakfast was amazing. Given we were only there 2 nights and only restaurant is Eden this wasnt a problem. If we were to stay longer we would have striggled as menu is limited but given we require halal options we are even more restricted to fish and pasta if that

We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we def made the right choice. From our arrival to our departure we had the most wonderful stay. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view (which everyone room has), our bed was super comfortable and the bath with the view just perfect. Breakfast was great with a great choice of dishes and great service. The premises is stunning and even though we visited in peak season the hotel never felt crowded or busy. Eden restaurant was the setting for our dinner on the first evening and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful views, wonderful menu and great food and service!

Breath taking views. The rooms are spacious, confortable and extremely clean. The hotel proposes many activities. You almost don’t want to leave the hotel to explore the island.
