Front desk was very good . If I check into a hotel that advertised a pool, I expect a pool or a discount to compensate. Van Houte coffee is horrible! We expect it in a low budget roadside motel, but not a better hotel. We went to Safeway and bought our own pods. We were astonished to find that housekeepers did not refresh the room on day 2. We travel all over the world and expect better than soggy towels waiting for us. The blankets were slightly thicker than the sheets. Do better!

Breakfast is gross. The lady at the front desk when I checked in is hands down the most rude person I ever dealt with in my life. The room was clean though, but only came once in a three night day to see if we need anything there’s me and my wife and two kids staying there. I had to go asking for toiletries at the front desk.

Staff are great and kids loved the pool/ water slide.

Room was great. Everything but the bathroom. Sink / toilet&shower were separate. Shower/toilet room was a bit small to maneuver. Shower water spray/pressure was less than ideal. Breakfast was “ok”. Fairly minor weaknesses. Otherwise a good stay.

Bathroom amenities were small and showers were in need of maintenance. Towels were thin and small. Beds were comfortable.

Friendly helpful staff and clean room.

This hotel is somewhat dated, however the rooms were clean, and we did not notice any unusual odors. The room was also larger than a normal room, and we enjoyed a seperate bedroom. The bathroom sink and the bathtub both drained very slowly, indicating that regular maintenance had not been performed. The tub took a full 5 minutes to drain after a shower. TV's were of good quality, however there was no option for streaming or gaming, as regular cable TV and On-Demand movies were the only choices. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Our bed was a bit on the too cushy side, however we had four pillows on our King bed (2 were medium firmness and 2 were quite firm). Definitely not ot a high end experience, however it was clean and comfortable, which are both important qualities. I would stay again, but I would likely explore other options first.

As a family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children, we stayed here the weekend of May 1-3, 2026, while we were in Grande Prairie for a sports event. The hotel was generally quiet and quite clean. The room was spacious, with two queen sized beds, and a kitchenette consisting of over/stove, microwave oven and a full sized fridge. Staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good quality and had plenty of options for our family. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and well maintained as well. This hotel was located about 15 minutes by car to the East Link Centre, and was close to plenty of retail and restaurants, many within walking distance. All amenities that we needed were in close proximity to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone who needs a hotel room in Grande Prairie.

Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was very responsive and friendly. water slide is the best we tried in a hotel, the kids loved it. Only negative was the small size of the bathroom

All the staff was very kind and efficient although the rooms definitely need a better cleaning.

Place is really overdue for some renovations, and it's not very clean at all. Swimming pool was good, breakfast was great, and luckily it wasn't to smelly. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Woke up at 2 am to bed bugs, had to move rooms at 3 am

The assistant manager, Kate, was absolutely amazing. She made our stay so comfortable and went above and beyond for us. The rooms, building and pool were very clean. My only complaint was the breakfast wasn’t very good. The lady working in the kitchen needs a helper. Food and silverware ran out very quickly.

Such a family friendly hotel! Games room for the kids to play, great location. staff were wonderful
