Woke up at 2 am to bed bugs, had to move rooms at 3 am

The assistant manager, Kate, was absolutely amazing. She made our stay so comfortable and went above and beyond for us. The rooms, building and pool were very clean. My only complaint was the breakfast wasn’t very good. The lady working in the kitchen needs a helper. Food and silverware ran out very quickly.

Room heater did not work but staff moved me to another room immediately. Everything great in that room.

This hotel is wonderful for families! Vlean, safe and the kids love the pool and waterslide!

Unfortunately pool was down for maintenance, and microwave start button wouldn’t work (every other button worked fine) but the lady at the front desk made the stay amazing. Within a few minutes of being in room she called to make sure everything was good, when we had problems finding ice and using microwave she personally came to the room to deliver ice and heat our food else where. The lady in the morning was extremely nice and helpful made checking out seamless.

The shampoo and conditioner were empty, the breakfast was poor and not filled. On the morning of checkout, went for breakfast and room key was deactivated.

Slept through breakfast hours but everything else was great for an overnight stay.
