Absolutely horrible! Its like Norman Bates Hotel 2026! We didn't even stay overnight, even though we had paid!

This restaurant may be in a good location and very close to Mont Saint-Michel but be careful. We didn't look at the drinks prices before we ordered. A large beer was €10. The visit to this restaurant was made worse by the fact that it took something like 15 minutes to be served with just three drinks! We had said we wanted to have a beer in sight of Mont Saint-Michel and we certainly paid for it! €10 is more or less double what you would normally pay. We had our one beer each and left.

Got there at 1300ish on Sunday after visiting the castle. They only had one waiter who was responsible for the whole dining area. They had one cook in the kitchen. It took forever just to order, get drinks and our appetizer. We still didn’t receive our main course at 1500 so we left since we had to catch our tour bus. They don’t pack take away either so we cancelled our order and left hungry. I do not recommend the potted fish. It was cold and gross.

Location to Mont Saint-Michel is excellent, able to catch the free shuttle to the Monastery from just outside the hotel. Access to the hotel could be better explained, many people could not get through the gates on first visit. Plenty to see in the "Village" also and no shortage of places to eat.

Make sure to call the hotel before arrival to get access code for the entry gate after 9pm then u have to check in at the other hotel from across. Great value 4 people for 104 euro. The only downside is no air vents anywhere in the unit , not even in the bathroom. No AC!!! u really pay what you get...
