We stay at Granbury's HIE every year. The staff is super friendly and the location is central.

Perfect spot for fireworks viewing

There is a hourly mini trolley that runs free of charge around Grandbury on the weekends. Very cute!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Just an outdated facility. Which seems like a theme in Granbury. Will keep trying other hotels.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable

Apparently a pool problem

Our stay was absolutely wonderful there. The king size bed we slept in was so comfortable and soft we both slept very well. There was a Keurig in our room with regular and decaf coffee, plus tea. Also, there's no need to bring shampoo, conditioner, body soap, or lotion as there's plenty of Dove products available. The shower was very clean and the water pressure was awesome too! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Plenty of choices were avaliable including sugar free syrup. The lady at the breakfast bar was sweet as could be and very helpful. I was impressed that the front desk texted me every day to make sure we were both comfortable and asked if we needed anything. The parking lot was also very well lit. We would definitely stay there again!

Staff was great, even called before our trip to let us know that a pipe had burst and the pool area would be out of order. Breakfast is basic food that you find at most continental breakfast. Our only issue was the super firm mattress.

We were in town for a show at Granbury Live and loved the convenience of the hotel's location, accessibility (within a short walking distance) to a huge Wings restaurant with entertainment, and super nice and attentive staff. The hardworking Breakfast lady rocked to make sure everyone was happy and full. The only downside was I could hear my next-door neighbor's snores through the walls.

We stayed one night and arrived late. The A/C in my room was a bit loud at times and sounded as if rain was pelting the window hard, which made me nervous due to the tornado watches/warnings we were experiencing that night. Once I acclimated to the noise, I had a good night's sleep. I did not address this issue with the staff.

I will stay there again if I ever go back to granbury. Friendly service. Friendly staff and the lady that was doing breakfast was very friendly I have never had that at a hotel the breakfast lady has always had an attitude and she was so friendly so nice.

It was great. Jackie was very helpful in getting the rooms together or close together for most of the family/friends who were in town for a wedding. All the staff was very friendly and very accommodating to all.

They called due to burst pipe and informed me. That was nice.

The staff was very friendly, our room was spacious, but most importantly (for us) the pool was clean and nicely heated. The breakfast was pretty good as well.
