The hotel decor is very dated and in need of serious modernisation.

One of the best hotels to stay in Jasper. Staff was very friendly, helpful and rooms were really clean. Beautiful views of Jasper sign, and sunrise from the room. Would definitely come back to stay here again. Highly recommend for stay.

We got a spectacular upgrade -our first time! They were all lovely and helpful. Super close to everything and the room was 20/10. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice clean room but much smaller than we anticipated. It was clean but the bed was also quite small (we are quite tall folks). Liked that the TV had Netflix though, that was a bonus after a long day exploring. Jasper itself is a lovely, albeit small town, with the national parks right on the doorstep with some great opportunities to see nature.

I asked to fill up the conditioner as it got ran out and requested to fix the bed, remove the trash and change the towels. I went to the reception myself. When we came back from the tour nothing was done with my request.

Staff waa friendly. Location was convenient. Onsite breakfast area was in the basement. Bedding for sofa bed had a foul odour.

Nice hotel. Restaurant had great food. Room was clean and quiet. Clean and well maintained The only disappointment was the lack of parking spaces. I would stay there again

I frickin hate Keurig coffee machines. Everything was great except the price was very high for a normal hotel room.

Loved the location! Also the restaurant at the Crimson is amazing!!!! Be sure to eat there. We sat at the bar and it has been completely renovated.

The property is in a great location, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and having a small refrigerator in the room was a convenient and appreciated feature.

The hotel feels like it’s due a bit of an update but other than that it was a nice stay, i would recommend.

Hotel was well equiped with room amenities such as coffee microwave and fridge. Staff was very helpful with arrangements and the breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant Terra was exceptional with a locally sourced farm and forage menu. Pool and exercise room was perfect to augment the hiking and daily walking. Happy hour at 9pm was an excellent way to wind down from all our activities. Unfortunately there was no bar TV but guests and bar keeps were more than enough.

Really convenient for access to National Parks and local amenities. Staff really friendly. Decor a little dated

Wonderful stay. Our Room had 2 double beds with a kitchen area with microwave, mini refrigerator, keurig and tea kettle. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was on the smaller side could not fit 2 people. They had earplugs by the bed but i did not hear the train and i am a light sleeper. Front desk staff were wonderful. The reception area was really nice with a seating area that opened up into a beautiful restaurant. I felt as if I was in someone’s home. Breakfast was wonderful. We did not stay for dinner but did hit happy hour from 8-9:30.

We had a great stay here! We didn’t use any of the amenities because we were not in hotel except to sleep. Plan on paying for parking if you are staying at hotel during the day, they barely have any parking space

For the price of the room, we were uninspired. Our “view” was of the alley. We were surrounded by people on bus tours. No available free parking. Wasn’t sure about the safety of the lot we chose to park in. Good points were it was clean and it is walkable to other things.
