Good place to stay

The room we were initially given was very poorly maintained with a leaky AC, a broken door lock, the safe locked openal and the iron literally taped back together. After changing rooms at 2am due to the AC leaking on a bed things improved but these issues were not surprising to the hotel and still were not addressed.

This was a great low key spot. Great restaurant on site, friendly staff!

Staff was horrible but just the front desk they want to over charge for everything nothing that I booked was correct from the room to the food but they made it seem as it was my fault for booking online wiould definitely not be staying here again

I live the view to Tacaná, and the marimba on Sundays! 😍😍

This is an excellent place to stay. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Room is very nice and comfortable. On-site restaurant and bar are great!. I would definitely come back.

Loma Real is the best hotel in Tapachula. Always clean and the staff is very accommodating.

The staff there was friendly. The rooms were big and clean. The food at the restaurant was very good and reasonable prices. The landscaping can be improved. The gardens around looked unkept. I will definitely stay again at this place

Rooms are not like pics, they have no small fridge, bathroom toilet water tank takes long to fill

Hotel, lacks any useful appliances, like small fridge, ac outlets, beds are old, spring mattress can be felt, wifi does not work , shower drain clogged , toilet hidden in the shower room hotels is far from center of the city and far from main roads, price of 5 star hotel when it should be rated at 2.5 stars

This was probably the worst overall experience I've ever had anywhere in the world (I travel a lot). From waiting 2 hours for room after check in time, mold in the shower, bedbugs, REALLY loud neighbors all night (they weren't so loud as there was NO sound barrier). Hard beds, rough towels, only liquid hand soap. Not sure how this is had 4 star rating, even for Mexico (or remote again) this place was a huge disappointment.
