DO NOT STAY HERE. I repeat DO NOT STAY here. The property is not what it claims to be. We booked when it was a previous hotel name and were never made aware of the change. The description of the hotel is deceiving. The hotel claims to have 7 restaurants and a store. At one point there was not one place to eat because all the restaurants were closed. There was no way to order food near the pool. We were scammed into upgrading our room which was on a special floor that had food laying out that animals were eating and it ended up being a standard room. There was a big storm and the roof started leaking. We had no towels in our room. We ended up leaving the resort after one night because there was nothing to do and nowhere to eat. When we asked for a refund for the nights we were no longer staying at the resort, they refused to refund us. We had no issue paying for the night we were there but refusing to refund for the nights we weren’t even staying was unacceptable and unprofessional. Please save your money and got to the Hyatt Ziva!

Chose to pay extra for upgraded room with veiw and A/C did not work. Food was subpar did not taste like the dishes they where offering i.e. sushi, argentian steak, mediterranian. Overall disappointed we paid almost 400 a night for all inclusive experience. We ended up leaving a day early and booking into a different hotel to salvage vacation.

Baja variedad de alimentos en los restaurantes, el staff de valet de las noches (viernes-sabado) con mala actitud se servicio. El staff de mostrador super bien; en las albercas era mejor ir directamente a la barra que esperar al servicio.

Very friendly staff. Erick @ the pool keep the drinks flowing, Jolio greeted us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Carlo mad sure we had transportation when we needed it. Very nice place away from all of the busy touristy places. Good place to just relax

Very centralized. Easy to get around. Very clean. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The restaurants were really good. The room was beautiful, but some maintenance is required with ceiling fans in some. We had a lot of options for pools.

I enjoyed the dinner restaurant options, the three pools to choose from, the staff was exceptional with communication, communication, and entertainment, and such a comfortable, relaxing environment!

Had a problem with our AC, but Sofi with the concierge got us a new room ASAP. She was incredibly helpful!

I dont know why this has a 7 rating it should definitely be a 10. Really good Hotel!

Loved the property the food was delicious! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only thing was missing was the swim bar and cevicheria!

The hotel was very safe, and the staff was always very friendly. The only complaints I have are that the lounge chairs in the beach area were very old/dirty, and that the restaurants only opened on certain days. But even with all that, our experience was very pleasant. El hotel muy seguro, el personal muy amable siempre, las únicas quejas que tengo es que los camastros en el área de playa estaban muy viejos/sucios y el hecho de que los restaurante solo abrían determinados días. Pero con todo y eso nuestra experiencia fue muy placentera.
