As expected great stay room was very clean staff very attentive.

This is my culture to place when I’m in Mexico. Everything was good except their breakfast buffet. The kitchen staff is not courteous. They are not friendly. They I’ll have brown on their faces.

They charge for a buffet breakfast that isn’t even close to a buffet. Online reservations are not the same as advertised when you arrive.

The Room Was Ok, Only Thing Is That Everything Look Old And Worn, Had Problem With The Door Security Pin. It Locked Us Out. Sliding Glass Door Lock Inoperative . Staff Was Very Courteous. I Would Stay There Again.

It was okay. Expedia promotes it having A/C but we could not turn it on because the whole establishment is at a set temperature so during winter off and rooms were hot. Shower pressure for hot water after is slow. Frustrating. Good customer service and breakfast.
