Did not receive the room I booked. Every time we called the front desk from the room phone, we received no answer; had to call from our personal cell phone. The decor in the room (pictures) looked like my 3 year old daughter hung them; room 3009. This place is way too expensive for the lackluster. Valet takes 30-40 minutes to bring your vehicle down. I was also unaware that valet costs more for trucks. Will not return. Should have went with my first choice of EAST Miami.

Great location, Brickell adjacent, friendly service, big clean rooms, loved the balcony’s and the pool area is beautiful. Only negative would be its valet only, not news in Miami but totally unnecessary just another 100-200 depending on length of stay.

The hotel allowed early check-in, which was greatly appreciated as we got back in from our cruise quite a bit earlier than expected. The staff was amazing and very helpful. And the room itself was very clean and nice.

Good, along the road by the sea, very convenient to the supermarket.

It was marvelous, wouldn’t. Change a thing the staff and everything about the hotel was amazing! The only thing I didn’t like was the 55 dollars a day to park. But they made up by making you feel like a celebrity by valet parking

Excellent hotel

Requested for them to clean the tub twice since it was not done upon arrival. Same with the shower and sink. I request to have it cleaned up and the even used translator app and still wasn’t done. We stayed for a week. Only nice people were the valet drivers. Ac wouldn’t work for multiple hours. Floors were dirty. Handheld phone didn’t work for a while. Not even done hooks for complimentary robes….or towels. I was honestly frustrated the whole time. Only like 3 from the valet service were nice btw. So yeah never coming to this hotel. Wants to give high end but missing the basic things to get done. So I’ll stick to more known hotels.
