It was very clean. Staff was super friendly! The pool was warm enough that the kids stayed in all evening. We had a great stay!

The hotel room was very clean, spacious, and cozy. Unfortunately the bed was extremely stiff and uncomfortable. The heated pool outside was more luke-warm. The hot tubs were pretty small and consistently packed. Thin walls, we were watching tv on volume 14 and got a noise complaint. Overall a really nice hotel and staff!

Great stay! Another awesome Clique property. I would recommend to others. The heated outdoor poor and two hot tubs is fantastic in the winter. The only thing I’d mention is that the exterior lights around the pool / hot tub were turning off and on intermittently, and the jets were fairly weak. Still enjoyed nonetheless!

The property is well maintained clean , pool and hot tub was great . But there was a bra in the room from the previous guest . Gracie was amazing . She spotted a flat tire of my vehicle when she was leaving for home and I was checking in she immediately came and informed me . Good attention to detail . Certainly trainable to take a higher level in supervisory grade . I would have appreciated a a better room as it was Sunday evening and most guest had left over the week end . Request was denied without checking the system no willingness to provide the best as possible to the customer . I am Asian and a well acquainted with the trade over years of experience and observation of human behaviour and its aesthetics & nitty gritty of customer service . These details matter . It’s all about training and hiring the right person with right attitude which is hard . Bothe receptionist were pleasant and polite and may be trainable .

We specifically chose this property due to the heated outdoor pools and hot tubs, but they were all packed with people and we didn’t get to use them due to this. Disappointing…

Great location and great parking garage. The rooms had all of the amenities that you would need for a great stay. The kids loved the hot tub after a long day on the ski hills.
