We had a wonderful stay at Blackstone Mountain Lodge. The apartment felt very new, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen with a stove, coffee maker, and plenty of space to relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. The underground parking was very convenient, especially after a day of exploring the mountains. I also want to give a special thanks to the front desk staff, who kindly helped me print some important documents. Their willingness to help was greatly appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Canmore.

Had an amazing stay at Blackstone Mountain Lodge in Canmore! The property was incredibly clean, peaceful, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The views from the lodge were absolutely beautiful and made the whole experience even more relaxing. A special shoutout to all the staff for being so welcoming, friendly, and helpful at all times. Everyone truly made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Also, a big thank you to General Manager Duane for the excellent hospitality and for maintaining such a wonderful property. Highly recommend Blackstone Mountain Lodge to anyone visiting Canmore — definitely a place I’d love to stay at again!

Stayed one night in a suite. Very nice, clean, welcoming at the front of the hotel. Gym was super clean. Hallways clear of clutter. Front of house no dust, clean, well managed. Always asked if everything was good. Looked out for my special needs son. It felt like staff cared about me and my family. Pool and hot tub were decent. Loved that they were outdoors. Lots of places to eat close by and easy to get to walking. We’ll be back!

We stayed here for a wedding on the weekend and all the staff that we dealt with on site were absolutely lovely. The rooms were clean and well kept. However my issue is with their communications and with their management. Their parkade was closed for our stay and we were given absolutely no notice until I drove up to the hotel. I received NO email communication regarding this very important change They did have shuttle service to take us to an alternative parking lot, however the shuttle service was not 24 hours a day (from 0700-2300) Additionally if you were to walk to the hotel you have to cross a major road (bow valley trail) and walk up a hill. This is not an ideal situation especially since I was with my elderly father. Street parking was quite limited as well (probably because all the guests of blackstone were parking on the street) We were told we could cancel without any cancellation fees, however trying to find another hotel on a weekend in Canmore was not a feasible possibility. It honestly felt like we were being taken advantage of since they knew we didn’t have much of a choice but to stay since many hotels were already sold out or full. We also received no compensation for this. For a hotel that cost over 350 dollars per night I’d expect better communication with guests or atleast some type of compensation when a service is not available. Overall we are quite disappointed with our experience.

This place was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The beds and bedding were clean, soft, and some of the most comfortable we had during our trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, this one is definitely worth considering!
