Room was ok, building was very clean. Food was ok but it would be nice to have just scrambled also for people that don't eat pork. Omelette with ham is not for everyone

Considering the hotel is not very old it looked very dated. It was like staying at a hotel from the 70's. The room was just....ok.

The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. We liked the layout with the king bed facing the window.

Very friendly staff, especially Mary from Housekeeping. Breakfast was decent -typical continental. Coffee was better than expected. Room could be cleaner and is starting to show its age.

Outdated rooms, I paid $350 for one night in a king deluxe room and it was ghetto. At least make the room look nice and have nice little travel toiletries for that price, there was a worn out bench at the end of the bed, paint peeling tacky. Just ghetto. I hope there are nicer hotels in Sudbury.

Pool was chilled, no change rooms at pool. Shower before you get in? How about some hot water? Breakfast was ok. Potatoes undercooked. Didnt really feel safe in the area. Parking was a nightmare. Someone was smoking what I can only assume was meth in the parking lot off tinfoil. They were in their car but still on property.

Staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Room was great and clean. Breakfast was a wonderful addition to the stay. Had to extend my stay for a short bit due to flight delay and housekeeping and guest services were both very understanding and accommodating. Front desk packed a snack to go package for me as well. So lovely!

The front desk staff could be more professional in terms of service and appearance. Young man that checked me in was wearing a hoodie. Lobby and hallways were dirty. Front lobby area definitely needed attention. Our room showed signs of wear particularly in the bathroom. Fridge was so noisy we had to unplug it.

My stay at the Hampton Inn Sudbury was amazing....the pool...the staff...the king bed....the breakfast...only missing the girlfriend.
