C’était vraiment propre et le service était exceptionnel. En plus du petit biscuit qu’ils offrent lors du check-in, lorsque je leur ai dit que je devais partir avant le début du déjeuner, ils m’ont offert un sac avec de la nourriture lors du check-out vers 5h30. Le personnel était très serviable.

The most basic thing you expect is the shower drain shouldn’t clog. I was literally standing there for 10 seconds and I had water up to my ankles. I wanted to wash my hair because it was dusty from the train and couldn’t because the drain was totally clogged. I also informed reception and all they could say is that their technical team wasn’t on duty today and would come and check it out tomorrow. The washroom didn’t seem too clean either, it had some stray hairs on the walls and around the toilet ring which I wiped off. All in all, not a good experience.

Great hot breakfast. They will even cook you the eggs to order. They will store your bags if needed after check out. Great location.

Very impressed with the hotel. Great location, minutes away from the main square and a lot of business/restaurant around. The room is very clean. It has all the necessary equipment, particularly a space heater, which is very necessary for the cold night. The people work there are super friendly and helpful. I bought some food back to the hotel. They lended me some bowls for eating the food. I had to leave in the morning to catch a bus. They know I won’t have time to eat breakfast, so they prepared me a boxed lunch. I would definitely say the service here is better than majority of hotels I have been to.

The room was clean, staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good.

The room was adequate and the hotel was centrally located with easy access to the main square. Breakfast was a modest buffet beginning at 6 AM with an option to special order. Some fruit was available, which was good. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. However, it was extremely loud outside. People congregated outside the hotel at all hours of the night and were very loud.

Good options for breakfast, staff were helpful and friendly (helped us book taxis, etc), bed was huge and comfortable. Blackout blinds helped us sleep. Fridge in the bedroom was useful, and shower was nice and hot. Walking distance to the square was a positive too

The hotel is in a great location. Nice spacious rooms and bathroom. Clean. But the best thing is the staff. Super helpful and go above and beyond. The atm opp the hotel took my debit card and the staff did everything they cpuld to help me retrieve it. Thank you!

Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent customer service. The sound from hall and from the open window in the bathroom was a problem. We struggled to get some good rest on Saturday night when the bars in the vicinity were open till dawn.

Hotel provided early check-in ( for a price ). Whixh I was greatful for after a long bus ride from Nasca. Water pressure was excellent and hot, room also had air-conditioning. Great upstairs lounge area with views over Arequipa towards Mountains.

I love this chain of hotels in Peru. My next one to try will be in Cusco

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Rooms are nice and clean. Free bottles of water everyday. Location is great. Bring a good jacket because restaurants and bars are cold in Puno. Would recommend this hotel.
