Everything was easy, good food, reasonably priced and quiet location. Clean rooms, hotel nice vibe, relaxing stay and decent bathroom

Convenient location not far from Heathrow to book for the night after our afternoon arrival from Australia. We discovered the town of Marlow was a lovely spot to explore along the River Thames, which was an added bonus. Room was clean and comfortable, and we slept well after our long journey. Excellent breakfast, so many delicious options and fried eggs cooked to order. Highly recommend!

Overall pretty good. Older property, but updated in the right places. Needs finishing touches such as better sealant around water fixtures. An outdoor heated pool would be amazing. Also, the bar doesn’t have Aperol! Easy to fix.

Really poor experience overall. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and we found numerous hairs in the bathroom which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. On departure, no one even asked how our stay was. Won’t be returning.

The Mirrors are to far plug sockets for my Girlfriend to use her Air Wrap in from of the mirror. So a bit frustrating.

This is a good hotel with decent facilities. The ground floor rooms are clean and comfortable but it was noisy at night until other guests went to bed. The pool and gym are great as is the outdoor space with views across the lake. Lots of choice at breakfast but another coffee machine is needed!

The formulaic processes and unhelpful staff made the stay a forgettable one for us and the guests we arranged to stay in the hotel for a function we were part of despite the good location

Lovely hotel although a bit dated in areas such as the bathroom.

Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast until 11am was great and the spa and pool facilities were a nice surprise too.

The reception staff really kind and attentive. The ladies cleaning the room always asked me if I needed anything else and I just found them to be really lovely. The air conditioning was fabulous to have. At one point in the middle of the night I thought it wasn’t working properly, I phoned reception and somebody came out immediately to have a look. In fact the problem was with me, I hadn’t understood quite how to manage the controls. This hotel is excellent and the staff go over and above to try and make sure guests are comfortable.

The reception staff was really unhelpful. When I asked for help they wrote some notes on my booking as we couldn’t end up staying and he put words in my mouth that I didn’t say! He refused to give me something in writing after speaking to the GM. Really unhelpful
