Clean property. Front desk was awesome for the most part.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed to feel at home. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, and we already looking forward to coming back!

The staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly, nothing was to much trouble. Bed was very comfortable, good pressure on shower, the room has everything you may need, even an iron and ironing board. Overall brilliant stay.

Great stay when we went to watch the Burnley game, location was fab, staff really helpful, easy to park and a great night for us and the children,

We booked a double room and when arrived, we were allocated a triple room which meant there was no chair and desk in the room to allow me to do some work. After asking for an alternative room, I was told that this couldnt be accommodated. Nobody on reception in the morning at check out either

I normally stay at Premier Inns, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the Holiday Inn, staff was very helpful and polite and the room was lovely. Definitely recommend

Had a lovely night's sleep, comfortable and modern room with everything needed. Modern bathroom with large shower cubicle. Quiet, calm and relaxed. Only let down was the breakfast. Got there just after 9am and there were no sausages, no beans , no eggs and no hash browns. Asked staff who then said no sausages left for that day and had to stand and wait on other items. Toast then cold and items came out half cooked. Bit stressful and ruined what was a nice stay.

Ideal accommodation for business travelers. Good quality and free breakfast. Air conditioning in rooms, clean and comfortable.

Next to the M65 made traffic noise annoying. On the other side it was fine

All members of staff extremely attentive and polite. All public areas of hotel including accommodation very clean and tidy. Ample ‘Car parking’ well lit and tidy.

Ordered a standard double room but room had two single beds and not a double bed . My husbands bed tipped up as he sat on the end of it .

It was good overall for the stopover. beds were comfortable but the soft bed was small for two children. We struggled to bring the room temperature down as it was hot for us. We booked two rooms as we are a family of 7. When booking, we left a message asking for the rooms to be connected or at least on the same floor, but the hotel did not pass on the information. Maybe the Hotel can look to automatically book the rooms on the same floor when families are booking if it is possible without the customer calling after a booking has been made, as I normally will call, but this time, I forgot. Breakfast was fine, good choices for kids. Staff were friendly
