May I suggest that vertical and horizontal bars be installed at the bathtub in every room?

Clean room, good location, easy parking

Construction creates some issues with directions and parking, however we didn’t find it noisy. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was the same three days in a row, but there were warm options which is great. We were able to change things up each day at breakfast with variety of options. Staff accommodated when needed.

Loads of construction happening around the property, so access felt a bit challenging the first time arriving. Parking was easy and staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean, bathroom was ok. The bathtub was old and looked dirty. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t try the breakfast, but lots of others did and seemed to be enjoying.

Good breakfast spread but it didn't change much day to day. Breakfast hours were also appreciated as very accommodating to various schedules. Rooms are spacious and renovated but there are still little details like grout, switch plates etc that need a spruce up. Beds are comfortable. Sheets and towels are budget. Staff were not particularly attentive and I failed to get a response from a manager for a significant issue with my credit card despite repeated requests. This is a buyer beware stay that will suit your budget but not much else.

The fresh brewed morning coffee is well done! And the auto coffee machine also brews a decent decaf!

Parking lot was very tight. But safe.

I was happy with our stay but would suggest they move the smoking area to the side of the building. Every time I got out of my car I had some blowing in my face. Hard thing to control I know but only suggestion at this time.

The Oranges were very fresh and sweet.

I arrived when a large group was checking in. Only two people working that group. When, at the end, they realized I was not part of the group the clerk apologized for the long wait.

Overall, the service was great & I would stay here again. The room was spacious and clean. …Efficient, friendly staff. The pullout guest bed could have been made up in a more tidy manner. The main bed was excellent. I would have preferred less disposable dishware with the breakfast service (otherwise, a satisfying breakfast service). Thanks Comfort Inn!
