Great location

The location is excellent, steps away from the heart of the west village. Our room had a musty odor and the air conditioner was louder than a freight train, so for the cost it seemed like a bad value to have such a hard time sleeping because of thr AC’s noise.

Pleasant room. The only thing missing was a refrigerator.

The property was centrally located for what I wanted. The staff was very nice. The restaurant was closed so that was kind of a bummer.

Nice hotel in Soho area

The location is great: easy access to public transportation, walkable to many areas of interest. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room size was good. Bathroom was shabby: it would be easy to make it nicer by just doing a little repair work. The room was VERY noisy from both inside & outside the hotel. Housekeeping opened the window one day & it was impossible for one person close it completely, so street noise came in all night until I figured it out. It took two people to get it closed every time. Even with the window closed completely, 4th floor had a LOT of street noise. Windows upgrades would make a big difference. Housekeeping was friendly, but inconsistent. First day, the rug was dirtier AFTER they came by. They didn’t leave a bath mat ever after the first day. The large size toiletries provided were great until housekeeping took the body lotion & left me with two hand soaps & no lotion for the last 3 days of my stay.

It was decent, did the job, but the window wouldn’t close, towels didn’t smell great, sheets had stain
