We had a great time .The room was lovely with everything we needed for our trip, tea coffee and biscuits replaced each day Bathroom was excellent and towels were replaced every day if needed Breakfast was amazing with a menu that catered for everyone. Host were a very nice and made us very welcome in their guest house The sea view from our room was beautiful.

This B&B was spotless from top to bottom, with a level of care that immediately stood out. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared this morning. The young couple running it were exceptionally helpful, warm, and attentive, making the stay feel effortless and welcoming. A flawless experience. A perfect 10.

This property presents very well. It is nicely decorated and our room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the surfing beach and coastal walking paths. The owners Gavin and Charlotte are very welcoming and non-intrusive. You’re given a wide choice for breakfast, with the porridge being divine.

This place is a gem to stay in, St Ives. The hosts were lovely, kind and helpful through out our stay. The place was spotless ! We had the most amazing breakfast, it was absolutely delicious.. I would highly recommend Tregony Guest House to my friends and family. I had a wonderful stay here.

Our hosts were attentive and very accommodating. The space was very clean and designed in a charming way which reflected the culture of the area. We enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast and the warm atmosphere. We highly recommend this place for a visit to St. Ives and the nearby sites.

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend! Tregony Guest House was the perfect choice for our trip. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better - just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. Breakfast each morning was fresh, tasty, and a real highlight of our stay. The hosts were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room was beautiful, clean. It has coffee, a variety of teas, milk and water bottles. Breakfast very good variety. Fresh fruit, juice, cereals and full breakfast, omelette and fish to choose from. The couple was friendly and welcoming.

Charlotte and Gavin were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was great! The location was fantastic, parking was a bit tricky in busy council carparks but this is a St. Ives problem and not related to property. Overall a lovely experience, and we would reccomend it.

We had a wonderful room with the most amazing sea view! Beautiful bay windows that allows you to enjoy the view to the fullest. The hosts are wonderful and really welcoming. Great quality breakfast as well with many choices for cooked options.

Beautiful and comfortable guesthouse very near the heart of St Ives. My hosts were lovely and friendly, the food delicious and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches (e.g. gluten-free bars provided for me in my room). I really recommend this guesthouse.

Lovely little guest house and the hosts were really kind, attentive and helpful. We stayed in double ensuite room (Room 5) which had stunning views of Clodgy Point, Porthmeor Beach and the armchairs helped soak in the views every morning and evening during our stay. Also couldn't fault the breakfast which was an added bonus. Looking forward to my stay.

The owners of this guest house are very sweet and accommodating. The view of the Celtic Sea from our room gave me peace and the location is second to none. St. Ives is a magical place, but this stay made it that much better.
