The staff is wonderful!

Maintenance and construction around the property at all times of the day. Broken bed as well as other broken items in the room. Key cards never worked. Food was pretty standard. For the cost of the property could have stayed in Cancun

Beach was GREAT! Loved that our beach was not over crowded and service was wonderful.

Our stay was quite nice at this gorgeous beach front hotel. Our room was spacious but really run down with stains, broken tvs and a broken phone. All inclusive does not include bottles of red wine which were really expensive. The spa was wonderful and the staff despite several booking errors was helpful and accommodating.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location on playa Norte. Resort is beautiful and staff was amazing.

The close proximity of the beaches, the downtown restaurants in walking distance. How clean everything was. No seaweed. Relaxing environment. The all-inclusive food was better than other resorts we have stayed in.

The hotel was amazing! The staff were wonderful, the food was so tasty, the beach and the pool were so relaxing. The entire experience was wonderful and we are already planning our next trip back.

We loved our stay, everyone was so friendly, especially Patricia on the front desk and Jose, they helped us with our room, booking Whale Shark tours and even went above and beyond to look for golfing places and available times for my husband. By far one of our best vacation destinations and places we have been. Everyone was so great and made our trip wonderful.
