We booked the hotel on Expedia around 10pm by 11:30pm we were at the hotel. We were not able to check in since there was nobody at the reception. We called the number provided, only to see the phone ringing at the reception but nobody to answer it. So we were left without hotel and 3 small children in the car. Obviously money was deducted from our account and now we have to chase the refund. I would be careful booking this hotel!!!

Room has smell, with many flying bugs. The only person in the drink stand led us to room and gave us the key, with no communication

It's a quiet and simple hotel, but it is definitely worth of staying at it's cost. The owner is very nice and the breakfast was great!

Being within walking distance to well preserved medieval village, we visited local "patisserie and charcuterie" along with local chocolate Factory. The most important thing for us was it's perfect location for visiting two very special sites : the Chateau of Chambord and the Chateau of Cheverney. Coming back to a modern hotel completed the experience.

The hotel was comfortable, close to chambond castle. Staff was very professional and helpfull. Room was nice, very comfortable. Breakfast was expansive, but i liked the choice of product that was offered. The restaurant associated with the hotel had a very good choice of dishes, high quality maybe a little expansive.

We just wanted somewhere to base ourselves for 3nights in the Loire while en route to the dordogne . We just needed a hotel which provided a clean, comfortable room at a good price, no frills. This is exactly what we got. The room was a good size with bathroom and separate toilet. It was cleaned daily. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast at 8.50 euros was simple but plentiful: croissants, bread, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and selection of drinks. Bracieux itself was a nice village with a choice of restaurants ( particularly recommend the relais close to the hotel). Great position for seeing Loire and chateaux, chambord is just down the road.

The owner was there in the lobby and was great! The room was set-up and ready for our family of five. It was clean and roomy. Parking in on site and was easy. The town of Bracieux was small, charming and had everything we needed. I would stay here again if in the area.

The hotel was very close to the Chambord Chateau and other Loire Valley sites. The price could not be beat, but was reflective of the very basic accommodations. While not uncomfortable or anything, the facility was very sparsely furnished and decorations were minimal. But for a quick stop-over, it had all you might need.

Pleasantly surprised by everything! Large room, bathroom, separate toilet. Our room was motel style so had own entrance and nice view onto the hotel's grassy area and pond with outdoor seating. Welcoming owner and nice breakfast if you wanted it. Very near to the large Chambord chateau and forest which was a great visit.
