Great place to stay, good food great bar. Good parking on site.

Buffet breakfast was worth the money. Fresh fruits and scrambled wggs as well as fried eggs.

We had a great stay as a family of 4. lovely hotel, helpful staff, very close to Lidl, good size rooms, 20 minute drive from Galway and the pool was amazing for the kids.

Air conditioning don’t work great during the hot spell, but other than that it was a great experience!

The room is spacious, clean but dated. Easy parking and helpful staffs. The restaurant seems nice but did not get a chance to dine in. I recommend this hotel for value. My husband will give it 5 star if it is newer.

It was a beutiful hotel. I loved everything it had to offer. However, I must say the breakfast was phenomenal. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone especially family's looking to visit the city or its surrounding attractions. Thank you very much Claire Galway Hotel!!!

Good stay

Great staff!

We had an “issue” with our rooms that I don’t wish to disclose. Management took care of problem and moved us to different rooms .they also provided vouchers for drinks and dinner that night.

Compared to other 4 star hotels in Ireland it was just okay. Staff wasn’t overly friendly and there was a party in the lobby the one night with children running and playing on the elevator screaming which seemed odd staff didn’t control the situation.

It was fine. The room was comfortable and the staff pleasant. The restaurant might have offered more interesting food but did have special deals.

Breakfast was really good, rooms were clean and well equipped

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was all made so easy with our 3 small kids. A great getaway location with children.

Great, a good hearty full Irish breakfast. Had a very good steak there also. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location for me, near family. Would recommend and definitely stay there again. Thank you

Great rooms for larger families . Clean and comfortable.The leisure center was fantastic.

The presidential suite was amazing. Spotless clean comfortable warm An amazing comfy bed and what a shower and a stand alone bath. The food was excellent and the cocktails to die for. The staff were all very attentive smiling and friendly.

Room was clean and relaxing. We expected to have a hairdryer in our room since it was a suite and when we got one it was cracked but staff were very helpful
