As a disabled person, I booked the ground floor room only to be given a 1st floor room & as a vegetarian there is limited choice but for the price no real complaints.

A stopover on the way to watch the grandson play football. The hotel was convenient for the centre of Middlewich, where we found an excellent Italian restaurant. The check-in was dealt with well by the lady who checked us in, especially as I had made a mistake in the booking. Parking was limited with double yellow lines on the surrounding roads but the lady who checked us in sorted us out for parking. Room was compact, the shower was efficient. Didn't stay for breakfact as we had to get to the football.

The outer look is deceptive. This place has been refurbished to a higher standard. Great price too! The breakfast is amazing good bacon excellent sausages. Rich Lichfield yogurts. Help yourself to anything. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are a few sweet cats sunbathing- so cute. I will Definately stay again!!

Clean room staff very welcoming breakfast only cold foods but good. Nothing cooked. I couldn't get the tv to work but wasn't a problem for me

Good value for money. Very clean and a great breakfast. Good choice of cereals, yogurts, etc, and a freshly cooked breakfast. Towels were rather thin and there was no hairdryer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No parking off road available, noisy during the evening

Rooms were nice, but the breakfast was disappointing - no staff available so very DIY, and a basic range of options (a few cereals; bread and a toaster; yoghurt; tea/coffee and a kettle)

An attractive building. Fairly steep stairs. Nice room, comfortable bed, clean. Decent tv, but no light switch by bed. A bit noisy, as adjacent main road. Breakfast reasonable. Felt good value for money.
