No coffee machine in room....no sports channels like sportsnet or tsn in room.

The cleaning staff were yelling at each other there was a dog barking all night. And the exit door was broken so anyone could come in and out of the place. It was cheaper than anywhere else thats why I stayed there next time I will look for something else.

Clean room

I was very impressed and happy with this inn. It had everything I needed from clean bedding, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, tv, shampoo/conditioner and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very close to several restaurants and the mall. Highly recommend this place. Great price too!

Had the hot tub room, it was good. Fascilities were clean. The lady who worked the desk was friendly to me, but when my girlfriend went to ask a question, she was not so friendly to her.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was. Will definitely be staying again next time im there.

Need to put more soap in unit...the two very thin bars are barely enough for one use!

This hotel has permanent residents living there. People standing in the hallway on the second floor talking loudly. Was difficult to go to sleep. This happened both nights I was at this hotel. People loitering outside. I was nervous about my vehicle rental as they were walking between the vehicles. Not overly impressed with this property and will not return. 2.5 stars at best 👌

BED BUGS!!! Had to pack up and leave at midnight because we found bedbugs. Captured, took picture, and brought to front desk to show. Receptionist told os manager would reach out - never did. Must not care about the FILTHY state of their hotel.

You get what you pay for here....great staff and was very clean, do wish there was coffee/tea in the room tho...won't lie I had the worst sleep of my life, wouldnt even call it sleep to be fair. I travel to London fairly often for business and have been trying each hotel out to see whats the best bang for the buck. This place i would book in a heartbeat again if they updated their mattresses! The furniture is very old, but nice and nothing matches lol but it is a good spot! As I said, would book again if they get mattresses that arent harder than cement or poke into your shoulder and back all night. Upgrade those and ill be a regular!

Staff great; with the bed you sunk to the middle and it was very uncomfortable.

The room had a musty smell to it, and the heat was off. I think that guest would be more impressed if the room smelled clean and was at a comfortable temperature

Everything was amazing and the manager was a gentleman he made accommodations for my 2 puppies

Nice, clean hotel with amazing and helpful staff. Definitely would return to this hotel.
