Great reception and staff, lower fourth floor so extremely noisey, no sound proofing for outside traffic and rubbish pick up. Try and ask for higher floors. Close to everything which was a bonus.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel only a short walk to restaurants, Casino and Pacific Fair. House

The layout of the room was really comfortable. Big living room, a master bedroom with a private bathroom and a second room and bathroom

Location was perfect. Close to tram, shops, restaurants and beach. Friendly staff and good facilities.

Make sure the windows and balcony glass is clean!!!ours was very dirty on arrival ,,but was attended to quickly

Perfect spot for a couple of days away.

For the price we paid it was pretty ordinary. No spare towels for a 4 person double room, apartment was dirty, under table, tv cabinet there was morning dirt and grime than the Birdsville pub verandah. I’m also certain the bed had dust mites or bed bugs.

The apartment was filthy and when we arrived we had to get maintenance to fix a blocked sink, flickering light bulb, broken tap and glue thr side onto the table Definitely not worth what we paid and i wouldn't recommend staying there In saying that the weekend receptionist was lovely and accommodating

Friendly staff and good condition of the hotel was great. Cleanliness is lacking and a bit of renovation is required. Invest in smart tv is critically needed. Overall, was a great experience.

The wifi was very slow. The beds were a bit hard, the dining room table badly needed repair. Overall a pleasant stay.

Nice property. Plenty of room in the apartment. Clothes airers for washing was much appreciated. Quite noisy during the night with traffic, roadworks and people about. We were on the 8th floor.
