I stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall, the experience was just okay—not terrible, but definitely not great. My room was never cleaned during the stay, which was disappointing. We also had to keep asking for pool towels, and it was frustrating that our key card never worked to access the pool. On top of that, the room had a stale smell, and there was a large blower set up in the room to dry the carpet, which made it feel more like a maintenance zone than a comfortable space. Definitely not the relaxing stay I was hoping for.

Loved how close this was to the spectrum center. Made it very walkable.

this is a very nice property. Ravon should be your employee of the year. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable and always greeted me with a smile! I didnt write his name down just remembered it because he was so nice.

The location was great for what we were doing.

I've stayed at many hotels in the Charlotte area and many in the Hilton chain across the U.S., I don't think that I would stay at this one again. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, the ironing board fell apart when I lifted it off the wall rack, and no sheets in the room for the fold-away bed. The breakfast was okay, the personnel on duty were all super friendly and helpful. Kudos to the staff for doing a great job!

Hotel was nice. i wish the room had a microwave though.

Only thing I got to complain about was the name one TV should be last name not frist name

Bath tub drained poorly. Faucet and bath controls were loose—thought they’d break. Someone in a room above us was bouncing a ball at midnight. Called front desk and they said they’d take care of it. Called again and they said they called a few rooms and no one answered and that’s all they could do. Bouncing went on for who knows how long. Had to wear headphones to fall asleep.

The Hampton Inn was a great choice, it's location made it easy to walk to the Convention Center. My only complaint was there wasn't a microwave in the room. There was one down on the main floor though.

2nd stay there. Solid. Will be back next year

Needed to extend stay by one day and the price was triple what a single day cost .

It was a great trip for Heroes Con that is a comic book convention held every year.

Very close to the Charlotte Convention Center.

Stsy fine, except no hot water at any time no matter how much we let water run.
