Microwave in the room would not pop popcorn and the dryer did not dry clothes after two cycles. A/C in the room did not cool the room well and the controls would not work to adjust temp.

Not a great area, okay for a one night quick trip

Manager checked us in. Very friendly and helpful Room very clean Had everything we needed. Bed comfortable. Got a good night’s sleep.

Everything was great. Will definitely stay here again. Clean & quiet. Close to airport, no shuttle, but Uber/rideshare options are available.

The staff was wonderful when met with the challenges we faced. The shower lever was loose and we could not turn the water off after showering. The staff promptly offered to move us to another room. It is a pain to repack a family to relocate at midnight after traveling all day. Upon arrival to the new room, a nightstand had two sticky areas which causes one to wonder what else is not properly cleaned. Because of the time of night and frustration, we covered the table with a towel and called it a night. I received an apology by text.

Good location. Staff was friendly & breakfast was good. Rooms are a bit outdated. Bed was not very comfortable. I paid $300 plus for a suite & didn’t honestly feel like I got my moneys worth.

I was in OKC for a funeral with family in the area also. This facility was a good location and price. It was clean, all employees were friendly and helpful.

The hotel did a great job. Everything was nice including the breakfast.

The hotel is right off the highway so in a business district. The staff was extremely welcoming and made sure our stay was outstanding. Unfortunately I would not feel safe heading out in the evening.

The area was perfect for what we were looking for.

Decent hotel, but the cleaning staff won’t clean your room everyday. We had to ask for clean towels at the front desk.

Traveling this summer without knowledge of where we will stay each night..... this property is hands down the best. Clean good neighborhood, breakfast included and best price by far. Staff was very friendly.
