Room was clean . Staff were ok but not very friendly. Rather annoying that, although the hotel was almost empty, we were put in a room a long distance from the entrance and dining room, when my wife is walking on 2 crutches after surgery

Our first stay here whilst visitin family nearby. It was great. Friendly staff and nicer, bigger room than i expected with comfy bed and good facilities. Will stay again

The staff in this hotel were fantastic, unfortunately for them, there was only 2 of them on to cover reception & bar/restaurant. The lobby area is lovely and spacious, great for chilling in. The room was adequate space wise, but the pillow was too soft and noisy so not much sleep was had temperature wise was also good (i dont like it too warm)

Room was clean with a small desk. Of note was the desk lamp - many hotels seem to forget that folk might need to work in the evenings. Bed very comfortable and bathroom obviously efficiently clean. Tea and coffe equipment present but sadly, no free biscuits! The room was well sound insulated. Breakfast was filling with a choice of full english or continental. All in all, the place to stay in Crewe.

Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and our room was clean, with everything in good working order. We did hear the guests above us during the night, but that is out of the hotel’s control and didn’t affect our overall experience. Overall, it was a comfortable, smooth stay, and we’d happily come back.
