Overall, great experience

Awesome stay, really nice hotel, super clean, awesome staff overall

The property was great clean, friendly staff, restaurant was good with the food & drinks. Valet was even on point & great!

It was great ! The hotel wasn’t a problem at all. It was the fact we parked across the street instead of valet and the morning we went to leave our window was busted and car was broken into . Us and another car was broken into. The hotel did nothing all they could say was “not our property, and we recommend valet for those reasons” so no help there. The man who lives in the parking lot told us what he saw and what time . And they still couldn’t do anything.

The air vent in the room is facing the wall instead of facing out into the room, so overnight the room was so hot. We paid over $1000 for the room when its really not worth it. Its nice but not for the price.

For the price was not what we would have expected. Small room and the bathrooms were in much need of upgrade.

I was not able to check in due to my card. Mark as faud! The card machine at the hotel did not read my card ! Travel hours away and still didn’t get to check in

It was nice and the staff was great.

The overall property is just fine. BUT it's time for a little spruce up. the seating in the lounge area is all tattered and beaten up a bit....and the rooms could use a refresh. still looks like a bit of the 90's. Mauve lacquer finishes and paint? let's modern it up...

Not kid friendly. More welcoming for couple’s. Prepaid for breakfast and still received a bill when we checked out. AC was out staff stated someone would come up and nobody ever came. Never able to reach the front desk

Overall 3.5. The front desk staff was accommodating. The housekeeping staff was great. The room service was good too. The areas of improvement are the Bldg is in need of a first floor renovation. - new furniture and fixtures. The room has a fridge but its not for your items only “for sale” items….maybe a bigger frig may be on order. Can't wait to see what 2026 has to offer.

This stay was just ok for 3 nights. The room was fine, window view to an office building and a bit of highway, not the end of the world. The bathroomWhen you book on Expedia you never know. The pool was the most disappointing- just average but website views made it more beautiful. The staff was incredibly nice and kind.

The hotel staff were very nice including the coffee shop and breakfast staff. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again.
