This was an awesome experience! Excellent hotel, superb customer service, great food, beautiful grounds, great snorkeling, and most important to me, extremely CLEAN. Definitely want to come back!

Large rooms, very clean with a nice balcony. First time at all-inclusive. Great selection of salads and always at least one dish/day that was from the grill making the food varied enough for a week. Shared beach with other hotels in the family but plenty of space and never felt crowded. The sea and the snorkelling on the house reef was absolutely amazing. We saw turtle, giant moray, lion fish and many more beautiful corals and fish. There are boule courts, volleyball, football and more for those who needs more activity. Can recommend to both families with children requiring more activity as well as those who just want to relax in the sun.

The staff couldn’t do enough to help us and were always smiling from the time we arrived and tears when we left. The diving and snorkelling and private beach was amazing. We had a day on a boat with coraya dive team which are with the hotel we’re great safe and knowledgable regarding the sea life my step daughter was a bit scared but they kept her reassured and looked after her as she swam with the turtles

Excellent place to stay with great food options and great snorkelling straight off the hotel beach.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the friendly, professional staff gave us every attention. Nothing was too difficult. The receptionist even managed to fix my broken camera housing. The 'animation' team were attentive and their spoof of Mama Mia! had my face aching with laughter. Will be booking to return soon.

Sono circa 20 anni che ritorno sempre in questa struttura, e ne sono molto contento, non chiedetemi il perché, tutto è sempre al top, tutto è come ritornare in famiglia.

Toller Service und freundliches, nettes Personal. Leckeres vielfältiges Essen im Hotel und in den Restaurants, saubere Zimmer und Hotelanlage, der Strand ist nah und sauber, man kann Tauchen und Schnorcheln und verschiedene Ausflüge buchen. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub.

Friendly staff, super rief , nice beach!

Das Hotel liegt in 2. Reihe von Strand, dieser ist jedoch in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Im Hotel alles sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Zimmer haben eine ausreichende Größe und sehr bequeme Betten. Es gibt im Zimmer einen Wasserkocher und Tee bzw. Kaffee-Zubehör. Man bekommt täglich pro Person eine Flasche Wasser bereit gestellt. Im Bad gibt es eine Dusche, man muss nicht wie in anderen Häusern in der Wanne duschen, sehr angenehm. Unser Reinigungsmann war sehr gründlich beim putzen und hat uns nicht mit Deko überschüttet, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Außerdem hat er berücksichtigt, dass wir nicht täglich neue Handtücher wollten. Das Hotel hat eine überschaubare Größe und ist dadurch recht familiär. Es gibt fast jeden Abend eine Show und Live-Musik. Was uns dabei nicht so gefallen hat, war das im Bühnenbereich die Sitzkissen noch während der Musik bereits abgeräumt wurden. Das Essen und Getränke sind schmackhaft und man muss sich keine Sorgen wegen Hygiene machen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das Snackangebot an der Strandbar und den Büdchen am Strand. Auch für einen Kaffeejunkie wie mich war gesorgt. Es gibt alle möglichen Variationen an Kaffee aus guten Automaten.

Hotellin alue oli erittäin siisti ja siitä pidettiin hyvin huolta. Huone siivotaan joka päivä ja pyyhkeet vaihdetaan. Allaspyhkeet vaihdetaan myös joka päivä. Uima-allas ja lasten allas oli lämmitetty ja siisti ja puhdistettiin joka päivä. Altaalle sai myös tilattua juomia. Henkilökunta tarjoili juomat suoraan aurinkotuolille. Jaz dar el Madinan sijainti on loistava koska vesipuistoon on matkaa oman sisäänkäynnin kautta noin 50 metriä ja rannalle kävelee noin 3 minuuttia jossa myös oma baari ja ruokakojuja. Hotellin rakennukset estävät kivasti tuulen altaalle. Vesipusitossa saa talvikaudella laskea vaikka joka päivä.Vesipusitossa on myös tarjoilua. Ranta oli kiinni turvallisuus syistä loman aikana neljä päivää. Mutta kun se avautui niin rannalla oli upeat snorkausmahdollisuudet. Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällisiä ja palvelu oli erinomaista. Buffet oli pieni mutta vaihtu joka päivä ja löytyi kasvissyöjillekin joka päivä jotain syötävää. Ruoka buffetissa oli hyvää. Egypt nurkkaus buffetissa oli hyvä lisä. Aamupalalla oli runsaasti vaihtoehtoja. Sofra ravintola oli loistava ja ruoka oli erittäin hyvää. Ilta ohjelmaa oli joka ilta tosin se oli pääsääntöisesti tanssia ja melko samankaltaisia esityksiä joka päivä. Erilaisia esityksiä olisi voinut olla enemmän. Lapsille tarjolla oli pöytäjalkapallo, biljardi (yli 12v) ja pingis. Loistava all-inclusive hotelli. All-inclusivesta huolimatta tippiä kannattaa jättää hyvästä palvelusta.
