Clean room. Bathroom was small but nice shower. Location very good. Beds comfortable. Staff very helpful

Comfortable room, convenient location, great value!

Great location, walking distance to everything you would want to see/do, the room was much better than I expected, clean and cozy and warm. But overall the staff are what made it exceptional with great recommendations and awesome attitudes!

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was okay although tired. For example, some of the kitchen and bathroom cabinet frames were cracked. Tv worked only with apps. The entranceway was poorly lighted and precarious and icy. If you are budget oriented, the location is great. Lots of this place is great, but think of this as a budget option.

The staff were fantastic - welcoming, friendly, kind. The hotel lobby always warm and cosy, with free hot drinks and cookies, and the 5pm waffles. Hotel is so close to downtown. Thankyou !

Great location, hotel room was clean and bathrooom had under floor heating which was nice after a day out in the arctic. Room was a bit tired compared to other rooms. We had the family room. Would recommend

The staff were lovely and very helpful. We missed it, but there are waffles served for a few hours in the evening, which got people together

Amazing location and close to amenities. Room was decent with minor issues (no toilet paper, malfunctioning heater) which was resolved immediately by the hotel staff.

Room was a little small. No coffee making facilities in the room. Free coffee in reception, but it wasn’t very hot.

Walking distance to dining and shopping. Very nice staff. Building and rooms are old but clean.

If staying here you would be advised to only use it as a place to sleep and not much else. Walkable down to the main areas of Tromso in 5/10 mins maximum. Having a fridge in the room was handy however, as we were staying for 3 days
