We stayed for three nights while looking at homes in the area. The room was decent, beds were ok. It was clean. However, I don’t think they have enough staff during the winter. Our room did not get serviced even once. They didn’t replenish the coffee or paper cups. It’s good thing we didn’t run out of toilet paper. Probably a really nice place in the summer

Large room, clean, hot tub to ouselves

Very nice room with door leading to the pool. Would like to come back in the summer. The restaurant was good with a variety of dishes to choose from.

We had a nice stay at Hilltop Inn. There were short staffing issues in housekeeping (due to illness), but desk personnel stepped up with getting us needed items, emptying trash, supplying a heater to heat the bathroom (for my wife) and a shower seat (to accommodate her disability). The people working the desk were great. I will stay again.

It was advertised that it was pet friendly, & when we got there they said its a mistake & my dog had to sleep in the car in the winter

We were in room 223. When we arrived, we heard some knocking in the walls. We did not think about it much as we were heading back out. All night the knocking happened. It was not a good rest. The attendant at the front desk just said it was next to the boiler room. The manager has not reached out to us. We wish we had a different room. Everything else was great.

The Restaurant in the hotel is amazing

Front Desk Staff was polite & accommodating.

Room was exactly as expected for the price. Friendly staff upon check in. Room was pretty clean but could use a better paint job and maybe some deeper cleaning (bathroom ceiling fan clogged) but sheets and towels were spotless.
