Nice stay. Clean, quiet. The outside shell liked a bit in need of some TLV

It was an amazing stay i have just i thing to add the bathroom tiles on the floor need fixing everything else was perfect

Water hot enough

If you are along where the pool is get a second floor room. Pipes in our ceiling were clanking all night on the first floor

Didn't use the hot tub

We loved having access to a hot tub, it was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to cool a meal. The tile of the bathroom floor was cracked and wiggly which would be my only complaint. Especially considering we’ve stayed in other rooms where the tile is new… no reason not to have it fixed or replaced.

Clean well presented accomodation

Our room smelled terrible when we arrived. Like nauseating, like puke, or possibly bacteria from the shower drain. We had to bring in body spray and open the windows. The headboards are fabric and had crustys. I just was not very comfortable based on those things. Also, one if our mattresses was short, my feet hung over the edge, as I wasn't keen on getting too close to the headboard. Staff was polite. I was super disappointed the pools were not open. Based on the pictures, and reading that they were heated, I thought they would be a fun activity for the kids. I guess the listing had put 'seasonal' and I had missed it, the low price in off-season was not worth it. I will book somewhere else next time.

Staff were great. Room. Very clean. Just a little dated and worn But excellent for the price.

Check-in staff were very friendly. Parking is great. The price for our room in April was reasonable. The room needs updating, especially the bathroom floor. The shower looked new and was clean. The bed and pillows were okay. Having a fridge and kitchenette was handy for our six night stay.

Amazing

No restaurant for breakfast until 11 a.m. Room was clean. Shower had no place to put soap except the shower floor. Only 1 hanger for coats or clothing. Price was very reasonable and the staff we interacted with were professional.

Easy walk to shops in town.

This place is always great! Super friendly staff!

No pool. No Sauna. No Hot tub. No Continental breakfast. No new towels in three days. The staff is rude. I will never return to this establishment again. There is a Travelodge a half a mile down the street that has everything this hotel does not. They are also cheaper, nicer, and pet friendly. You're welcome.

Our check in and out experience with the front desk staff was excellent and appreciated. Our room was spotless and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and we assume was quite new. Overall a perfect one night stay!
