Very helpful staff member when I got my booking days wrong (they changed them thanks nickalas)

Nice clean basic hotel, extremely helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Private free car park on site. Located within a 2 minutes walk of 2 (or perhaps 3?) bus routes direct to city centre. Overall a very pleasant experience and good value for money. Only negative was no air conditioning.

A good place for the price, and very convenient for the Caen Memorial Museum.

Our second stay in Caen but this was our first stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful the gentleman who was on bar and restaurant duty in the evening Was great we thought he was English but it turned out he was French and local but spoke English extremely well. Nice evening meal.

Stayed there before catching the ferry the next day, good location and a good sized room.

Check in was easy, with a fluent English speaking receptionist. Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Good value hotel, I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Stayed one night and everything was good. No tea and coffee making faction the room.

The room was ok.. hotel was a little tired.. while checking in they stopped checking me to answer the phone which was a little rude. Stake was stone cold when arrived and had to send it back

Fabian was a most excellent host, speaks perfect English and is very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is fabulous we would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Caen.

I booked this property as it was reasonable priced and centrally located. There were various restaurants within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful. The communal areas looked a little aged although the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The continental breakfast was satisfactory with free refills of juice / coffee. On the whole a pleasant stay.

Stay is alright, but the room bathroom is a bit squeeze. Need to get in and out carefully. Plus there are power cut in the middle of the night. Other then that, the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. I would recommand for a short stay.

Great little hotel and staff wonderful

Good price performance for a small price.

This was a great stay! We stayed in the family suites upstairs. After a long day of driving the coast of Normandy, it was the perfect place to lay our heads. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great in the morning.
