Great place to stay. Walking distance from beach and close to shopping and restaurants. Clean apartment and spacious.

Great location for Broadbeach

This resort was right in the heart of everything

We faced some challenges such as door not closing behind us. And in our busyness, the door was unlocked during the night , forgetting it did self lock. The safe was clumsy to lick. We were told yes it’s broken but can be locked a particular unusual way. Julie and others at Reception were very helpful, prompt accommodating and assisted us at all times. Greatful for the reception staff

Rooms are very dated and showing their age. Very poor soundproofing, could hear next door singing, upstairs walking around and the nightlife from the venues downstairs blared into the room until it stopped at 10:15-10:30pm at night. Service was excellent, reception were very helpful and commutative. Location is excellent for the G link and shops. Bonus was free undercover secure parking.

Amazing staff very convenient location

Loved the location and the staff were nice and friendly however the room is old and needs a little bit of tlc large family groups with kids dominated the pool over several days just a little bit of sticking to the well signed rules would of been nice

It is in a great location to either catch the tram or walk. Very spacious 1 bedroom and the bed was so lovely and soft, can watch TV in bed. Thank for having me.

Very clean, friendly staff and very easy access to all amenities. Would recommend.

We have a amazing stays, close to everything we need as how we would like our holiday to be.

The overall complex was good but the apartment was in need of a freshening up. The light in the bedroom didn’t work and the AC was temperamental and not easy to use. Amenities provided were very basic and somewhat limited. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

Easy walk to restaurants/supermarkets and tram location

Stayed during the cyclone and whilst we couldn’t do much outside the staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely stay there again

Reception was very nice and checkin easy. Apartment was clean and tidy had everything we needed with small children through to teenagers. The pool area was clean and tidy and was a very decent size. Public transport nearby, walk to supermarket and beach and a large variety of restaurants and cafes for dining options.

We have stayed at the phoenician three times before. We were in the same apartment in 2023 and thought it needed some renovation. Back in the same room this stay and the condition of the apartment has deteriorated even more. The cleanness wasn't up to it either. I wonder if this apartment was allocated to us because it booked through a deal but if I booked it myself direct I would have not been happy. Disappointed with this stay. Great location and facilities but rooms really should be upkept.

The Phoenician is centrally located in Broadbeach - very close to restaurants, transport, shopping centre and a short stroll to the beach. The staff are great and easy to deal with.
